  • Shipping & Delivery

    Your order will be carefully packaged and most of our magnetic material ships from our MO warehouse via UPS. You may choose from all the shipping services UPS offers including 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver. Click here to view a UPS Shipping Map showing the transit time from our MO warehouse. This map is also available on each product page. We ship to the United States and Canada, excluding PO, APO, and FPO boxes. You may arrange delivery outside our standard delivery areas by using a freight forwarding service.

    Have a UPS account? During the checkout process, simply choose to use your UPS account number, enter the desired delivery service (Ground, Next Day Air, etc.) and your account number. Want us to directly ship the order to your customer? We offer a blind ship service as well. Be sure to make your request in the comments section or contact Customer Service at 1-800-454-3077 and let us know.
  • Returns & Replacements

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. *Excludes custom cut orders, which are not eligible for refunds.

    • Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-454-3077 for an RMA number and Return Shipping Address.

    • After receiving your RMA number, box up the material in its original packaging, making sure items are packed tightly and securely to avoid damage in transit. Returns must be in a restockable condition to be eligible for a refund.

    • Include any paperwork that was enclosed in the original order to make sure you receive proper credit.

    • Put your RMA number on the outside of the package so we know when it arrives.
